Vivica Brooks
Founder, PresidentVivica Brooks, a learning and development professional with a deep-seated passion for helping others reach their full potential, oversees TBG Trains. Her training style strikes a perfect balance between honesty and compassion, consistently delivering the desired outcome for her clients while meeting students at their current level.
Ms. Brooks brings to TBG Trains a wealth of experience from her leadership and training roles at Marriott International and Washington, DC-based nonprofits. During her tenure at Marriott Wardman Park, she set up Service Excellence standards and trained both union and non-union associates. Her training achievements were so significant that she was recognized as Manager of the Quarter within six months. Additionally, she designed an adult learner-based business and customer relations curriculum approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
As co-founder and president of Bennett, Brooks, & Dyson Consulting, LLC, Ms. Brooks was responsible for business development and client relations, and securing local, state, and federal certifications. She was also instrumental in designing curriculum and facilitating training sessions.
Ms. Brooks graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC. The Project Management Institute (PMI) awarded her the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. She holds a Certificate of Project Management from Georgetown University SCS and is a Certified Hospitality Trainer through the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
