After years of working in the training space with students who have struggled in traditional learning settings, I’ve learned one thing for sure: students are more likely to succeed when they know others are rooting for them. Once they feel that emotional investment, their perspective shifts. Education stops being a dreaded hurdle and starts becoming a path they can believe in.
